Environment that values communication and discretion **JOB: DOORMAN – HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM** We are hiring a **Doorman** to work at a high-end residential condominium located in **São Caetano do Sul – SP**. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * **12x36 shift schedule** * **Day shift:** from **06:00 to 18:00** **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and suppliers * Receive, identify, and guide visitors * Provide courteous service to residents * Monitor security cameras and systems * Record incidents in logbook or system * Ensure security, organization, and proper functioning of the front desk **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a doorman or access controller * Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and discretion * Basic computer knowledge * Availability to work the stated shift schedule **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-end residential condominiums **Work Location:** São Caetano do Sul – SP **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Benefits according to the collective bargaining agreement Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus R$300 * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental Plan * Siemaco Assistance Plan
