Prior experience in front desk or access control is a plus **JOB OPENING: DOORMAN – HIGH-STANDARD RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM** We are hiring a **Doorman** to work at a high-standard residential condominium located in **São Caetano do Sul – SP**. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Shift pattern: **12x36** * **Day shift:** from **06:00 to 18:00** **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and suppliers * Receive, identify, and guide visitors * Provide courteous service to residents * Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems * Record incidents in logbooks or digital systems * Ensure security, organization, and smooth front desk operations **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Previous experience as a doorman or access controller * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and discretion * Basic computer literacy * Availability to work the stated schedule **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-standard residential condominiums **Work Location:** São Caetano do Sul – SP **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Benefits according to the collective bargaining agreement Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Attendance Bonus R$300 * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental Plan * Siemaco Assistance Plan
