If selected, you will join the hiring company’s workforce directly, with the full security of a process conducted with technical rigor, behavioral analysis, and close follow-up from start to finish. **Responsibilities & Assignments** * Lead the e-commerce operations for one of the largest pet retail references in Paraná, ensuring revenue, margin, and customer journey excellence targets; * Manage catalog, pricing, promotions, and commercial calendar; * Coordinate partners and suppliers (agency, ERP, logistics, platforms, marketplaces, etc.); * Optimize conversion funnel, traffic strategies, recurrence, and omnichannel experience; * Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, transforming data into decisions; * Collaborate closely with other company departments to ensure a consistent strategy; Ensure end-to-end operational fluency: order picking delivery* post-sales; * Maintain a customer-centric perspective in all operational decisions. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Proven e-commerce experience, preferably in retail; * Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, integrations, ERP systems, and analytics tools; * Analytical profile, goal-oriented, with leadership capability; * Organized, owner mindset, and focused on high performance.
