Job Summary: Perform auxiliary tasks in the construction or renovation of buildings, assisting masons, carpenters, and other professionals, keeping the site clean and transporting materials. Work collaboratively with various construction professionals **Requirements:** Incomplete elementary education; reside in Hortolândia, Campinas, or Sumaré; relevant work experience; flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** Perform auxiliary tasks at the construction site: excavating trenches, transporting and/or mixing materials, organizing and cleaning worksites, assembling and disassembling formwork, and following work orders to assist in building construction or renovation. May assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and electricians during assembly and dismantling of structures. Keep construction site facilities clean. Prepare mortar mixtures, transport mortar using wheelbarrows, manually carry construction materials. Cut masonry using a pointed chisel and hammer. **Salary:** R$ 2\.189,97 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher (R$ 801.00 on card), breakfast and lunch provided on-site, and life insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:15–17:15; Friday: 07:15–16:15\. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
