Key Responsibilities * Conduct inspections and maintain preservation of building facilities; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Support organization and cleaning of common areas; * Control appropriate use of equipment and facilities; * Identify repair needs and report them to the responsible department; * Ensure safety and good condition of company premises.
