We are seeking a Mid-Level AWS Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our cloud infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the daily support of our AWS infrastructure across Latin America, incident handling, technical documentation, and execution of projects under architectural guidance. **Key Responsibilities:** Support and Maintenance * Handling and resolution of day-to-day technical incidents Proactive monitoring of AWS infrastructure * Troubleshooting issues in cloud environments * Supporting multiple AWS accounts across Latin America * Interacting with internal and external stakeholders Documentation * Creating and updating technical documentation * Recording implemented procedures and solutions * Maintaining a knowledge base Project Execution * Implementing cloud solutions according to architectural specifications * Performing technical tasks within the AWS environment * Validating and testing implementations **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in any technology-related field * Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) * Basic/intermediate Spanish is a plus (not mandatory) * Availability to work between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM **Behavioral Requirements:** * Professionalism in interactions — tact and diplomacy when dealing with clients and stakeholders * Active listening ability — understanding needs and contexts * Solution orientation — proactive problem solving * Excellent technical communication — ability to clearly translate complex requirements * Teamwork — collaborative and receptive to feedback * Organized and detail-oriented **Nice-to-Haves:** Experience with HAProxy, pfSense, and Guacamole Basic/intermediate Spanish — communication with Latin American stakeholders Knowledge of cybersecurity and AWS best practices AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or similar) Proven track record of excellent relationships with technical clients **Technical Skills:** * Proven mid-level AWS experience (minimum 3–4 years) * Solid knowledge of: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, ALB, WAF * Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) * Familiarity with cloud security and compliance * Ability to perform complex technical tasks under architectural guidance **Benefits for Cooperatives:** Higher monthly liquidity Reduced bureaucracy Nationwide health insurance plan Nationwide dental insurance plan Life insurance Partnerships and discounts with psychologists, hotel chains, educational institutions, language schools, and more!
