Description
We are growing and seeking a Junior Lawyer to work in Corporate and Real Estate Advisory, with a dynamic routine, high client interaction, and practical responsibility.
Who will you work with?
You will handle a diverse and interesting portfolio, addressing real-day demands of companies and families:
**Corporate / Recurring Advisory**
\- Startups and digital businesses
\- Schools and family-owned businesses (management, contracts, corporate structuring)
\- Manufacturing and service providers
\- Infopreneurs, marketing agencies, and marketing businesses (contracts, operational structure, and legal protection)
**Real Estate / Asset Management**
\- High-net-worth families and entrepreneurs with significant assets
\- Real estate regularization matters (documentary and strategic)
\- Asset and succession planning for entrepreneurial or high-net-worth families
\- Transactions involving property purchase and sale, risk analysis, and contractual structuring
**What will you actually do?**
You will serve as the focal point for clients’ advisory requests, ensuring organization, clarity, and prompt follow-up. Depending on your experience level, you may not be the final technical decision-maker—but you will drive the process, structure tasks, execute them, and act as the liaison with the responsible senior lawyer.
**Key responsibilities:**
\- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts (services, partnership, confidentiality, amendments, etc.).
\- Drafting and amending corporate agreements (articles of incorporation, amendments, shareholder agreements, and related instruments).
\- Advisory real estate matters: property purchase and sale (drafts, terms, risks, and safeguards); analyses and actions related to properties (registry, encumbrances, certificates, chain of title, and related procedures).
\- Workflow management: aligning with clients, requesting documents, advising on next steps, and tracking deliverables. Document organization for monthly advisory clients’ hearings.
**What does this mean concretely in daily practice?**
\- A client messaging via WhatsApp receives a reply on the same business day—even if only to say "I’m reviewing it and will respond by X."
\- Every task, meeting, or deadline—yours or the client’s—is entered into the firm’s system the moment it arises. Nothing may exist solely in your head or on a sticky note.
\- If something is delayed or blocked, you proactively inform both the client and the firm before the deadline expires—not after.
**Requirements**
\- Law degree and active OAB registration.
\- Experience (or genuine interest) in corporate and/or real estate advisory.
\- Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail.
**Profile that fits this role**
\- Agile and clear communication—without unnecessary legalese—even when delivering bad news or requesting additional time.
\- Genuine discipline regarding systems/scheduling\*\*: create the task immediately upon emergence—not later—the habit that prevents anything from being overlooked.
\- Ownership over deliverables\*\*: if an error occurs or a delay arises, you communicate it promptly and take corrective action—rather than avoiding the issue.
\- Hands-on approach: resolve issues, anticipate risks, and structure solutions.
\- Professional demeanor, combined with a light culture and high standards.
**Benefits**
\- Hybrid work schedule (and possibility of 100% remote work, depending on residence location and operational dynamics).
\- Performance-based bonus (model aligned with results and performance).
\- OAB annual fee covered.
\- Transportation/mobility allowance.
Compensation: starting from R$2\.000,00 per month
