We are seeking a **Quality Assistant** to support routines of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring document control, monitoring of regulatory processes, and support for the company’s good practices. **?** **Main Responsibilities** * Control documents and records of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Monitor expiration dates of reports, certificates, calibrations, and regulatory documents; * Support supplier and service provider control; * Monitor temperature, humidity, and environmental condition records; * Assist in handling and tracking nonconformities; * Perform administrative controls within the Quality area; * Support audits, traceability, and regulatory routines; * Monitor cleaning services, pest control, and preventive maintenance; * Provide support for quality documentation-related requests from other company departments. **?** **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in: **Biomedicine, Nursing, Pharmacy**, or related health fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level); **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with regulatory documentation and quality controls; * Knowledge of ANVISA RDC 665/2022; * Experience with regulatory documentation and quality controls; * Familiarity with the Viman ERP system is desirable. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 38.00/day (Flash card). * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (choice based on need). * Parking: 50% subsidy. * Daily breakfast. * Porto Seguro Health and Dental Plan: 100% covered by the company. * Life and Funeral Insurance. * TotalPass (Physical activity platform). * StarBem (Online therapy platform). * SESC (Commercial Social Service). * Annual Bonus
