Team development and continuous improvement projects Description: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Mechanical Maintenance Engineering. Mining knowledge Industrial and fleet maintenance knowledge Cost management Inventory management Production planning Product quality management Project knowledge Knowledge of Labor, Mining, Safety, and Environmental legislation * Coordinate aggregate plant operations by monitoring technical performance and team work performance. * Maximize the unit's productive capacity while ensuring compliance with required quality, cost, and schedule standards. * Develop investment projects to promote continuous operational improvement. * Contribute to defining and establishing industrial policies jointly with other departments and involved professionals, in accordance with corporate guidelines. * Provide technical support to other departments on matters related to this role, contributing information for decision-making and problem resolution. * Ensure proper use of company assets, guaranteeing implementation of equipment and industrial facility conservation and improvement actions. * Ensure production continuity through technical controls aimed at delivering quality products to the market. * Ensure knowledge management through training and technical guidance to foster employee development. * Prepare and manage the departmental budget, analyzing entries, adjustments, and relevant justifications to ensure activities remain within pre-established financial limits. * Ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators in line with pre-defined targets through systematic monitoring and evaluation of quality, productivity, and cost indicators. * Guarantee availability of necessary materials to maintain production line flow, thereby meeting commercial deadlines and demand. * Coordinate third-party activities, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses as well as required quality, safety standards, and internal rules and procedures. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, projects, work methods, and other aspects, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards. * Perform duties in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals. * Be responsible for mining planning and waste removal through decennial planning. 2512250202491934935
