Focus on innovation and diversity in education **Built by people who transform education** **All Arco job openings are open to persons with disabilities.****\[OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN CURITIBA, SÃO PAULO, OR FORTALEZA]** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Managing the editorial stages workflow for educational materials; * Managing the submission of materials, schedules, and instructions for critical/external reviewers; * Preparing briefings and feedback for authors, editors, and reviewers; * Evaluating subject-specific content, pedagogical application, and editorial quality—ensuring compliance with current legislation, technical quality, scientific rigor, and didactic effectiveness; * Intervening in or correcting manuscripts according to the pedagogical and editorial guidelines established by projects, resolving conceptual or technical issues in educational materials; * Validating illustration sketches and approving proofs while tracking pending items related to iconography, cartography, illustrations, and third-party texts; * Sourcing and contracting suppliers; * Participating in the development of publication plans and curriculum matrices; * Participating in material updates, addressing adjustments requested by schools and updating content. **To participate in our recruitment process, you must have:** * A completed teaching degree (licenciatura) or bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences; * Knowledge of the core content areas within this field, as defined by the BNCC (National Common Curriculum Base); * Basic proficiency with digital tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in editing or authoring educational materials; * Availability to work under a CLT employment contract, with a 44-hour weekly schedule; * Availability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office three days per week. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization or postgraduate degree in the field; Teaching experience in classrooms. * **What you’ll find at Arco, beyond incredible people:** \+ Meal allowance and/or food voucher \+ Health and dental insurance \+ Transportation voucher \+ Extended maternity and paternity leave \+ Childcare allowance \+ Health support: partnerships with Wellhub and Zenklub \+ Education incentives \+ Airline ticket discounts \+ Pet health insurance partnership \+ Access to Arco’s educational materials for employees’ children \+ Partnerships for MBA and postgraduate programs **\#MoreDiversity** We believe that in a diverse and inclusive environment, our **people will be happier, more engaged**, and have **greater opportunities to reach their full potential**.
