Profile: Senior Infrastructure Analyst Scope: Administer and maintain the VMware ESXi and vCenter virtualization environment. Ensure data integrity and business continuity through management of Veeam Backup & Replication. Manage identity and access lifecycle (IAM) using Active Directory and Azure Entra ID. Administer critical network services: DNS, DHCP, and File Server. Automate routine tasks and generate reports using PowerShell. Manage the endpoint fleet and software distribution via SCCM (MECM). Administer the Office 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams). Operate SCCM and Microsoft Intune for patch distribution, compliance, and mobile/desktop device management. Understanding of Windows operating systems; Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.); Knowledge of software and hardware, and basic server concepts; Security policies and file-sharing protocols.
