We are an established company in the home textiles market (bed, bath, and table linens), with over 16 years of experience and solid reputation. Headquartered in Iguatu \-CE, our operations strategically cover multiple cities across Ceará state, as well as the states of Alagoas and Rio Grande do Norte. **Departure/Residence Location:** Iguatu \- CE and nearby regions **Employment Type:** Trial period with a genuine possibility of permanent hiring upon completion. **Job Description:** We seek dynamic, communicative professionals focused on results to join our external sales team. The sales representative will be responsible for selling home textile products (bed, bath, and table linens) directly via door-to-door sales in cities across Ceará and neighboring states (RN and AL). **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct external door-to-door sales. * Approach customers, present the catalog and products in an appealing manner. * Negotiate payment methods and close sales while focusing on achieving targets. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Iguatu \-CE or nearby cities. * **Full availability for extended travel (mandatory).** * Excellent verbal communication skills and ease in interacting with the public. * Proactive, resilient profile with strong goal orientation. **Work Routine and Travel Schedule:** * **Travel Schedule:** Departure occurs every 25th of the month, with return scheduled for the 16th or 17th of the following month (**22 days on travel**). * **Rest Period:** **8 consecutive days off** immediately after returning from travel. * **Working Hours (while traveling):** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (with a 2-hour lunch break). **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Commission-Based Earnings:** **8% to 10%** of sales revenue, varying according to targets achieved. * Formal employment contract (CLT) after the trial period.
