A professional responsible for analyzing and preventing technical failures, aiming to reduce unnecessary visits, optimize repair time, and ensure the best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Analyze repair tickets and optimize the visit schedule to reduce SLA.
Identify access issues and perform diagnostics on widespread failures (physical or logical).
Collaborate with NOC, Engineering, Products, Customer Service (SAC), and Field Support teams.
Support resolution of issues affecting customer experience.
Ensure failure prevention and contribute to subscriber satisfaction.
Key daily activities include:
Monitor and analyze repair volume using tools (Netcore, Cockpit, Salesforce, SIG, among others).
Cancel unnecessary visits when access has been restored, freeing up the schedule for other service requests.
Schedule preventive visits for customers with signal outside standard parameters or excessive outages.
Collect data in cases of slowness, instability, or service failures (websites, streaming, etc.) and forward to responsible teams.
Collaborate with field teams on preventive and corrective repairs.
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Availability for afternoon shifts;
Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
