We are looking for an experienced **Senior Chatbot Developer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and implementing chatbots using the Blip platform, as well as strong programming and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement chatbots using the Blip platform. * Integrate chatbots with various communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Webchat, etc.). * Collaborate with design and product teams to define requirements and ensure chatbots meet client needs. * Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, performing continuous adjustments and improvements. * Document the development process and provide technical support as needed. * Stay up to date with best practices and trends in chatbot technology and customer service automation. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Proven experience developing chatbots using the Blip platform. * Strong programming language skills such as JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages. * Experience with APIs and system integrations. * Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Problem-solving ability and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). Nice-to-have: * Experience with other chatbot platforms and automation tools. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applied to chatbots. * Experience in UX/UI to improve user interaction with chatbots.
