The Project Management Office plays a strategic role in steering the company’s corporate initiative portfolio, ensuring projects align with business objectives, governance guidelines, and corporate strategy. We are seeking a professional to serve as **Technical Project Leader**, playing a strategic role in corporate project portfolio governance. This role will connect business, technology, and strategic partners, supporting executive decision-making through impact, risk, dependency, solution architecture, and technical feasibility assessments of initiatives. Our commitment is to provide an environment that fosters continuous development, innovation, diversity, and excellence in every delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Technical Leadership and Direction of Strategic Initiatives**: Serve as the technical reference for the corporate portfolio, supporting the definition of directions, solution evaluation, identification of technological impacts and dependencies, and ensuring alignment among strategy, business, and technology. Contribute to executive decision-making through technical analyses, recommendations, and scenario evaluations. * **Business–Technology Integration**: Act as the primary liaison among business units, technology teams, vendors, and strategic partners, ensuring project alignment, end-to-end impact understanding, and resolution of impediments hindering initiative execution. * **Demand Management and Strategic Prioritization**: Lead the process of intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of corporate demands, considering added value, complexity, risks, execution capacity, and strategic alignment. * **Continuous Improvement Management**: Support implementation of the continuous improvement plan, focusing on efficiency, adoption of best practices, and encouraging employee participation in process transformation. * **Executive Governance, Metrics, and Performance**: Consolidate metrics, dashboards, and executive materials for portfolio monitoring, supporting governance forums, the Executive Board, committees, and decision-making processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Technology Management, Project Management, Business, or related areas **** **Experience**: * Previous or current experience managing high-complexity strategic portfolios, programs, and projects * Knowledge of solution architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud computing, digital channels, and corporate ecosystems * Proven experience in Project Management Offices (PMOs), corporate governance, demand prioritization, and tracking of strategic initiatives * Experience leading executive forums, preparing materials for the Executive Board, and supporting data- and results-driven decision-making * Experience in organizational transformation, innovation, continuous improvement, and change management environments * Experience integrating business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure strategic alignment and initiative execution **Specific Knowledge:** * Portfolio, program, and strategic project management * Knowledge of solution architecture and technological ecosystems, including integrations, APIs, digital channels, legacy systems, cloud computing, and cross-platform impacts * Knowledge of digital solution development and delivery, including software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, DevOps, change governance, and release management * Technical evaluation and decision-making capability—assessing risks, dependencies, feasibility, implementation effort, and business impact * Corporate governance and demand management * Strategic planning and metrics-based management **Skills:** * Systemic vision and ability to understand technological, operational, and strategic impacts of corporate initiatives * Ability to translate business needs into execution directions, acting as a bridge between business units, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders * Strong analytical and decision-making skills—evaluating risks, dependencies, complexity, feasibility, and value generation of initiatives * Strategic vision to align projects, investments, and priorities with corporate objectives * Influencing and articulation skills in multidisciplinary environments without hierarchical authority * Excellent executive communication and synthesis capability for interaction with the Executive Board, committees, and other governance forums * Negotiation and conflict management skills among diverse stakeholders * Organization and discipline to simultaneously manage multiple strategic initiatives * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and results orientation * Ability to operate in highly complex, transformative, and changing organizational environments **Additional Information** * Profit and Results Sharing * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Private Pension * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Daycare/Babysitter Assistance * Wellhub (Gympass) * Pharmacy Assistance * Supplementary Sickness Benefit * Internet Allowance * Home Office Allowance * Mobility Allowance * Day Off * Parking **Work Location:** Barueri - SP **Work Modality:** Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.
