Direct assistance in various construction phases **Job Description:** We are seeking a Construction Laborer to work in civil construction, providing operational support to the technical team (e.g., masons, carpenters, painters, etc.). The goal is to ensure efficiency and organization at the construction site, facilitating workflow.**Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Material Preparation:** Prepare concrete, mortar, plaster, and other construction materials. * **Transportation and Organization:** Carry and transport bricks, cement, lumber, tools, and equipment across different areas of the site. * **Operational Support:** Directly assist masons, foremen, and other professionals in various construction stages (foundations, walls, finishing). * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Clean the site, remove debris, organize the work environment, and clean unused tools/buckets. * **Equipment Use:** Operate simple manual and electric tools when required. **Safety:** Maintain organization and cleanliness to prevent accidents Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.735,93 - R$2.106,46 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
