Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage cutting-edge technology projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk mitigation; * Lead cross-functional teams, promoting alignment among technical areas, business units, and vendors; * Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, performing executive project monitoring and reporting status, KPIs, and risks; * Develop and monitor schedules, project plans, financial management, governance, and documentation; * Conduct progress meetings, priority-setting sessions, and impediment resolution; * Ensure adoption of best project management practices, agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and/or hybrid); * Provide technical leadership to teams, supporting architecture decisions, solution design, estimations, and technical guidance when required; * Manage change, delivery quality, and continuous process improvement; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven solid experience as a Project Manager in TELECOM projects; * Experience leading technical development teams and solution architecture; * Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies; * Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, KPIs, and stakeholders; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Additional Information** * Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL. * Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
