We leverage state-of-the-art technology to integrate data sources, implement AI models, and generate insights on the impact of media activities and marketing mix on business outcomes, ROI, media budget optimization, and revenue forecasting. We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** who will serve as a technical expert in infrastructure and development operations architecture, automation, and reliability — ensuring scalability, security, and performance of Uncover’s systems through continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), advanced monitoring, and high-availability engineering practices. Responsibilities include: * **Design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure:** Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructures supporting company growth, ensuring performance, security, and resilience. * **Automation of operational processes:** Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning routines, and tools that optimize deployment workflows and engineering team integration. * **Advanced monitoring and observability:** Establish proactive monitoring and observability practices — including alerts, logs, and dashboards — to support decision-making and rapid incident resolution. * **Governance of production and development environments:** Manage environments and computing resources while maintaining standards for versioning, security, compliance, and availability. * **Technical support for Engineering and Product teams:** Provide high-level technical support to developers and product managers, promoting DevOps best practices and ensuring delivery efficiency. * **Incident management and contingency planning:** Lead responses to critical incidents, including root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and contingency plans to restore services quickly and securely. * **Cost and resource usage optimization:** Monitor and optimize infrastructure usage to balance performance and cost, supporting the company’s financial goals. * **Continuous evolution of DevOps tools and processes:** Research and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and tools to enhance operational maturity and accelerate secure delivery cycles. **What qualifications do you need to be considered for this role?** * Bachelor’s degree completed or background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or certifications in Cloud, DevOps, or Software Engineering are advantageous. * Solid experience in DevOps environments, with focus on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in high-availability contexts, with direct responsibility for critical and production environments. * Experience managing high-impact incidents and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. * Understanding of Uncover’s product technical workflows — especially in marketing analytics, SaaS, and data-driven platforms. * Knowledge of the full software delivery lifecycle in agile environments. * Understanding of compliance and security requirements for sensitive data and integration with enterprise clients’ corporate environments. **What do we offer at Uncover?** * Remote work opportunity; * Health and dental insurance fully covered by Uncover for the employee; monthly fee discounted for dependents (spouse and/or children); * Flexible meal/voucher allowance via iFood benefits card: R$ 1,200.00 per month; * Year-end break without deducting vacation days; * Laptop for work; * Home office allowance — reimbursement up to R$ 2,500.00 to adapt your home office space; * Wellhub + Conexa (therapy services); * SESC; * ECX Pharmacy; * Petlove; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Workplace gymnastics; * Extended parental leave (Citizen Company); * Flexible working hours; * Birthday day off; * Vacation co-payment — Uncover covers the monthly fee so you can use your credits for flights, accommodations, and experiences; * MetLife Life Insurance + Newborn Kit. **_ COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION** At Uncover, we value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
