In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills for your professional development while working in a dynamic and challenging environment. **As a Procurement and Supply Intern, your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring the procurement process from request to product delivery; * Assisting in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Preparing purchase orders directly with suppliers; * Developing price quotations for project-related products; * Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for process optimization; * Providing administrative support in interactions between the commercial area and projects; * Monitoring commercial proposals and delivery timelines; * Coordinating procurement requests with logistics, projects, commercial, and tax departments; Requirements: **To apply for this opportunity, you must:** * Be enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 3rd year onward in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Demonstrate proactivity, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities; * Be available for up to 30 hours per week PRESENTIALLY at Netglobe’s office in Campinas/SP.
