With offices in Uberlândia (MG) and São Paulo (SP), and team members located across hundreds of cities, TQI has earned and maintained the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for over 7 years, and ranks among the top 80+ in GPTW’s Technology category—reaffirming its commitment to fostering a diverse, innovative, and high-performance work environment. **Contract model:** PJ **Work models:** 100% remote **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related fields) or equivalent professional experience. * Knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming paradigms. * Experience with distributed systems and microservices. * Experience with Java and/or Kotlin programming languages. * Experience with the Spring framework (Boot, Data, Cloud, etc.). * Experience with Git, Gradle/Maven, and CI/CD tools. * Experience with relational databases such as Oracle. * Experience in developing REST APIs. * Experience with asynchronous communication using message brokers such as RabbitMQ, JMS, and Kafka. * Experience with system monitoring tools and practices, such as New Relic, Grafana, and ELK. * Experience with test automation. * Technical English. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Evaluate, discuss, and contribute to defining system architecture. * Translate business requirements into software architectures and solutions. * Analyze, document, code, review code, debug, test, and deliver applications. * Monitor environments and proactively implement actions to ensure platform health. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and related departments. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage in development.
