Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and assignments** * Participate in the discovery phase of requirements together with requestors and business areas. * Understand the objective of each requirement and identify which analytical products will be developed later, such as dashboards, automations, reports, KPIs, or analytical models. * Map KPIs, metrics, business rules, and data needs. * Draft and document functional requirements related to data ingestion. * Support refinement of requirements alongside involved teams. * Collaborate with functional analysts for data ingestion, analytical engineering, and other stakeholders. * Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business needs. * Contribute to reducing rework and new ingestion requests during or after analytical development. * Support organizing and prioritizing information required to enable more accurate data deliveries. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience gathering and analyzing requirements; * Knowledge of data processes; * Knowledge of conceptual data modeling; * Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements; * Experience documenting business rules, KPIs, and metrics; * Experience in data ingestion projects; * Knowledge of BI, dashboards, analytical products, or analytical engineering; * Experience working with data areas, analytics, data architecture, or data governance; * Familiarity with demand management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar; * Basic SQL knowledge or understanding of database structures; * Experience in corporate environments involving collaboration between business and technology areas. **Additional information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
