Ensuring data integrity and enabling business units with autonomy TECHNOLOGY – SÃO PAULO / SP **About the role:** We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to work at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into clean, tested, and analysis-ready datasets, ensuring consistent application of business rules across our entire stack. **Responsibilities:** * **Data Modeling:** Develop and maintain robust data models (Star Schema, Data Vault) to support high-performance analytics. * **ETL/ELT:** Build integration pipelines both in on-premises environments (SSIS) and in the cloud (Databricks/Fabric). * **Governance and Quality:** Ensure data integrity through automated testing and technical documentation. * **Self-Service BI:** Provide semantic layers in Power BI to enable business units with autonomy. * **Modernization:** Support migration of legacy workflows to the Lakehouse architecture in Microsoft Fabric. **Requirements:** * **Advanced SQL:** Absolute proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization. * **Integration Services (SSIS):** Practical experience maintaining and developing legacy ETL packages. * **Databricks:** Knowledge of Spark (PySpark or SQL) for processing large volumes of data. * **Power BI:** Experience with DAX modeling, Power Query, and best practices in visualization. * **Microsoft Fabric:** Familiarity with the ecosystem (OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouses, and Warehouses). **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of dbt (data build tool). * Experience with version control (Git). * Microsoft certifications (PL-300, DP-203, or DP-600). * Agile mindset and focus on continuous value delivery **Additional Information:** * Location: São Paulo – SP; * Work model: 100% remote **Interested in this position?
