This role involves analyzing processes and products to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The focus is on contributing to product excellence while respecting Jacaúna Móveis' socio-environmental guidelines. **Description** Ensure that furniture sector products and production processes comply with the company's established quality standards, technical regulations, and customer requirements, promoting continuous improvement and reduction of non-conformities, returns, and customer complaints. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products * Monitor adherence to quality standards throughout the production process. * Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions, and quality records. * Lead non-conformance analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems. * Apply quality tools (5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto). * Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits. * Develop and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs): rework rate, non-conformities, return rate, and prepare management reports. * Report area KPIs to managers and staff to support decision-making. * Train employees on quality standards and procedures. * Monitor furniture resistance, finish, and functionality tests. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is desirable.
