Description
**Main responsibilities:** Manage and oversee property insurance, including movable and immovable assets, ensuring policy validity, timely updates, and monitoring of renewals; Monitor, control, and analyze construction schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines and proper progression of project phases; Control and analyze construction costs, including financial postings, verification of invoices, payment planning and tracking, as well as accurate classification by cost centers; Prepare, analyze, and present monthly management reports containing financial and operational information related to property and construction projects; Perform external administrative tasks, such as activities at notary offices, government agencies, and other requirements related to document regularization; Maintain active relationships with suppliers and service providers, conducting negotiations, monitoring contracts, and ensuring appropriate payment flows; Support the organization and control of documentation, ensuring easy access, traceability, and compliance of property-related information.
**Mandatory requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills; Experience in property management; Fluent English.
