Job Summary: Strategically act as a bridge between technical areas, business units, suppliers, and stakeholders, applying methodologies while ensuring governance and organizational alignment. Focus on governance, process maturity, and organizational alignment Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: Required Qualifications and Technical Requirements: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields. * Languages: Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). Fluent Spanish is a plus. * Preferred: Experience implementing data center infrastructure, structured cabling, or telecommunications projects. * Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus . * Experience: * Solid experience managing medium- to high-complexity projects with multiple concurrent streams * Prior experience with traditional (PMBOK) and/or agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies. 3\. International project management experience will be considered a plus. 4\. Preferred: Proven experience implementing data center infrastructure, structured cabling, or telecommunications projects (minimum 3 years); 5\. Experience with traditional and agile methodologies: PMBOK, PMI, Scrum, Kanban (minimum 5 years); * Tools: 1\. Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana (proficiency). 2\. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint for executive presentations, and contract and risk management tools.
