Job Summary: Provide social assistance to families affected by unemployment, offering clarifications, support, and monitoring during relocation and adaptation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Management of registration data and preparation of technical reports **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide social assistance to families affected by involuntary displacement, conducting home visits for qualified listening, guidance, and collection of socioeconomic, land tenure, and housing-related information. Provide in-office/social on-call services to families, offering clarifications regarding the displacement process, alternative assistance options, compensation payments, and social compensation measures. Use an electronic system to register, update, and manage family registration and service delivery data, ensuring data consistency and traceability. Plan and monitor families’ relocation process in coordination with the logistics team, including scheduling, route definition, and attention to specific needs of family units (elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, children, and domestic animals). Accompany families during relocation and in the immediate post-relocation period, providing social support, guidance, and necessary referrals to facilitate adaptation to the new residence. Prepare, update, and organize individual and consolidated technical reports using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, ensuring systematic information recording, organization of family files, and compliance with project procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree, teaching certification, or technology/technologist degree, with professional experience Required qualifications: Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and registration systems; ability to interact effectively with the general public; strong communication skills; initiative. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $3,150.00 **Work Location:** ---------------------- BONIN ENGENHARIA E CONSULTORIA SOCIO AMBIENTAL LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:30 to 17:30
