Process Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes, ensuring effective alignment and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Internal process optimization and analysis 2. Process modeling in BPMN and continuous improvement methodologies 3. Project development and monitoring **Your Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to the company's internal processes; * Conduct assessments, analyses, and process modeling; * Map the current state (AS IS) based on interviews, observations, and document analysis; * Build AS IS and TO BE diagrams using appropriate notations, such as BPMN; * Formalize process documentation, including descriptions, flowcharts, and procedures; * Support the definition of performance indicators and process KPIs; * Develop project schedules and monitor project execution; * Ensure cross-departmental alignment to meet deadlines and maintain quality; * Document processes and keep manuals and policies up to date. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Experience with process modeling in BPMN; * Proficiency in BPMS tools, Bizagi, IBM BPM, or Oracle BPM Suite; * Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies such as BPM, Lean, and Six Sigma; * Knowledge of project management tools \- MS Project, MS Planner, Jira.
