### **Junior Project Analyst**
#### **Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Prior experience in Project Management (preferred);
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.);
* Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Performance Indicators;
* Proficiency in software tools and methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.).

#### **Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and control the progress of assigned activities through accurate recording and documentation of information relevant to the project.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines and goals of corporate projects by communicating deadlines and responsibilities to responsible parties.
* Assist in developing more detailed schedules that break down major deliverables into specific tasks with defined deadlines and responsible individuals.
* Monitor ongoing tasks to ensure they are completed according to schedule and within budget.
* Evaluate project progress using performance indicators (KPIs) and track delivery status.
* Conduct audits or reviews to ensure project management processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
* Assist in monitoring the project budget, identifying potential deviations, and helping implement adjustments to keep costs within forecasted limits.

#### **Work Schedule and Hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
