Participate in technological challenges and professional growth Position: **Failure Analysis Technician (Debug FAE)** ADATA BRAZIL is seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of **Failure Analysis Technician (Debug FAE)**. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Prioritize RNCs in the **MES** and ensure **traceability** by SN/batch/station. * Reproduce failures and record **evidence** (voltages, waveforms, photos, logs). * Read **electrical schematics**, isolate blocks, and validate **power-up sequence**. * Inspect **SMD/SMT**, and align process adjustments (reflow profile, stencil, pick&place). * Measure using **multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supply** (ripple, inrush current, clock). * Operate **ICT/FCT/Boundary Scan**, process logs, and address **false fail/pass**. * Lead **RCA/8D**, define containment/corrective actions, and communicate status (including English when required). * Update **reports/dashboards** in Office; maintain **Windows/Linux** workstations and adhere to **ESD/5S** discipline. **What we expect from you** * Completed Technical Education in Electronics/Mechatronics; * Experience in Failure Analysis within Electronic Manufacturing Industries (Preferred); * Intermediate English (Writing and Reading) – Speaking (Preferred); * In-depth knowledge of electronic components, especially SMD/SMT; * Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics for electronic circuits; * Full mastery of equipment used in Failure Analysis (Multimeter / Oscilloscope / Power Supply); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Full mastery of Windows/Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of Factory Floor Control Systems; * Basic knowledge of test software. * Availability to work onsite in **Santo Antônio de Posse, SP.** *If you are passionate about challenges, seek professional growth, and want to join one of the leading technology companies, this opportunity is for you!!* Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Failure Analysis (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory)
