Monitor performance indicators and support customer audits **Description:** ---------------- Engineering Analyst \- Customer Support \#2618 **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Cotia, SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM ***Contract Duration:*** *12 months with possibility of extension* **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage customer complaints, ensuring responses are delivered within OEM-defined deadlines and in compliance with automotive industry standards. * Manage OE and aftermarket warranties, including technical analysis, triage, report preparation, and field support. * Lead investigations using the 8D methodology to address internal and external customer non-conformities, ensuring accurate root cause identification and robust corrective actions. * Issue deviations to customers when necessary, ensuring appropriate technical justification and effective implementation of temporary controls. * Coordinate immediate containment actions at the factory and, where applicable, at customer facilities. * Validate and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and prevention of recurrence. * Prepare technical reports and formal responses to customers. * Monitor customer-related performance indicators, such as PPM, scorecards, audits, and corrective action performance. * Support customer visits and audits, acting as the technical representative and ensuring process compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Automotive, or related fields). * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC, FMEA). * Experience with automotive customer portals (GM, Stellantis, VW, Ford, Toyota, etc.). * Familiarity with automotive standards IATF 16949 and VDA 6\.3\. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
