We value respect, collaboration, ethics, diversity, transparency, and innovation. **What It’s Like to Be a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer:** ------------------------------------------------- On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, working across both backend and frontend. We expect you to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions; participate in end-to-end development of new features; integrate systems via APIs; and contribute to technical decisions that ensure continuous quality improvement and evolution of our products. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in code reviews, share knowledge with the team, and support the advancement of best development practices. **Requirements (Mandatory):** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Prior experience as a mid-level Full Stack Developer; * Solid experience with **Python** or **Node.js**, with autonomy to develop end-to-end features; * Proficiency in at least one backend framework (**Django**, **FastAPI**, or **Flask**); * Experience building and consuming **REST APIs**; * Knowledge of relational databases (**PostgreSQL** or **MySQL**), including data modeling, SQL, and ORM usage; * Knowledge of authentication and authorization using **JWT** and **OAuth2**; * Experience with **React** or **React Native**; * Solid knowledge of **JavaScript**, preferably also **TypeScript**; * Experience with state management (**Context API**, **Redux**, or similar); * Knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, and responsive development; * Experience with version control using **Git** (branches, pull requests, and code review); * Experience with agile methodologies (**Scrum** and/or **Kanban**); * Experience with unit and/or integration testing. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** ----------------- * Experience with projects using both **React** and **React Native**; * Knowledge of **Elixir**; * Experience with **Docker** and containerization concepts; * Knowledge of **CI/CD** pipelines (**GitHub Actions**, **GitLab CI**, or similar); * Experience with cloud providers (**AWS**, **GCP**, or **Azure**); * Knowledge of **GraphQL**; * Experience publishing apps on the **App Store** and **Google Play**; * Knowledge of software architecture, **SOLID** principles, and **Clean Code**; * Experience with automated end\-to\-end (E2E) testing. **We’re Looking For Someone Who:** ----------------------- We seek a professional who takes ownership of deliverables, proactively solves problems, and is committed to quality and results.
