Your mission will be to assist in administrative department routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in daily operations related to Inventory and Services functions and obligations; * Support the assigned area by performing tasks compatible with apprenticeship, technical, or undergraduate studies to foster professional development and future permanent employment; * Assist in controlling, organizing, dispatching, picking, and counting parts; * Assist in operating and organizing administrative processes within the Services department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed or currently enrolled in high school; * Aged between 18 and 23 years; * Availability to work 4 hours daily during the theoretical phase and 4 hours daily during the practical phase; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Initiative, proactivity, organization, discipline, and ability to work in a team. **Additional Information** **Alelo Meal Voucher** – Extra support for your meals. **Life Insurance** – Always with security!
