We are looking for a **Traffic Manager** to join the team at **Haus Company**, an agency specializing in real estate marketing strategies and digital performance. We seek someone with an analytical eye, strategic mindset, and a strong drive for tangible results. The professional will be responsible for **planning, executing, and optimizing paid traffic campaigns**, with a focus on generating qualified leads, conversions, and scaling results. They will work directly with strategists, designers, and copywriters, participating in high-impact projects with real estate developers, construction companies, and industry professionals. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage paid traffic campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms. * Build conversion funnels and audience journeys. * Conduct performance analyses, generate reports, and perform ongoing optimizations. * Work with advanced targeting, custom audiences, and A/B testing. * Ensure optimal cost per lead and ROI across all campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing paid traffic and campaigns. * Knowledge of metrics, sales funnels, and performance media. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. * Proactive, organized profile with a performance-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the real estate market. * Basic understanding of copywriting and launch funnels. * Familiarity with Haus methodologies (ATAC, PMV, SMN). **Work Mode:** On-site (Palhoça/SC) **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Working Hours:** Full-time **About Haus:** Haus Company is a marketing and strategy agency focused on the real estate sector, operating nationwide with emphasis on performance, branding, and positioning.
