Keeping pace with market evolution is the key to delivering excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage requests for creation, modification, and revocation of access to internal and external systems; * Monitor and audit access to ensure compliance with information security policies; * Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and governance best practices; * Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure proper provisioning/de-provisioning; * Participate in Identity and Access Management (IAM)-related projects; * Prepare periodic access and risk reports for audit and compliance departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields) * Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools; * Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and corporate systems (ERP, CRM); * Familiarity with LGPD and security standards (ISO 27001, COBIT); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Analytical ability and security focus; * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. **Additional Information** Monthly 1:1 feedback sessions between manager and employee, fostering a transparent, high-performance culture.
