Serve as the technical reference for hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) at Lider Capitalização, leading the support, modernization, and security of critical environments, mentoring the technical team, and ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the insurance sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the company’s primary technical infrastructure reference, supporting strategic decisions, architecture, and technological evolution of hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud). * Technically lead infrastructure modernization, automation, and optimization initiatives, ensuring scalability, stability, security, and operational efficiency. * Support the maintenance and evolution of critical virtualization environments, physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and performance. * Lead technical cloud governance, including FinOps strategies, continuous cost optimization, and operational best practices. * Design resilient backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity (BCP/DRP) solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. * Enhance infrastructure observability with a focus on proactive monitoring, availability metrics, capacity planning, and performance. * Lead infrastructure automation and operational standardization initiatives, reducing manual effort and increasing environment efficiency. * Collaborate closely with Information Security, GRC, Development, Database, Service Desk, and business area teams. * Actively participate in the Change Management Committee (GMUD), ensuring technical quality, risk mitigation, and traceability of deliverables. * Provide technical support for managing strategic technology vendors and partners, contributing to the continuous evolution of the infrastructure ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Postgraduate studies** in Infrastructure, Cloud, or related areas are preferred. * Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, SysOps), Microsoft Azure (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800/801), or Networking (Fortinet NSE). * Experience in corporate infrastructure, serving as a technical reference for teams or projects. * Practical experience in server virtualization. * Proficiency in corporate networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLANs, VPN, and access control). * Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Administration of Windows Server and/or Linux servers. * Practical experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions. * Experience in infrastructure automation (scripts and/or Infrastructure as Code). * Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability. * Experience in regulated environments (insurance or financial sectors) and formal frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks). * Knowledge of insurance sector regulations (SUSEP Circular 638 and/or CNSP 416) **Additional Information** Benefits Package: * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher/Parking * Health Insurance * Dental Assistance * Daycare Allowance * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Work Model: On-site in Osasco We are a nationwide company, a market leader in Capitalization, and part of the Silvio Santos Group — a solid group with over 65 years of history and tradition.
