Apply now and join our mission of excellence! **Responsibilities:** Telephone and in-person customer service, providing appropriate information; Receiving and preparing correspondence, notices, and other documents, as well as arranging their reproduction and distribution; Receiving and directing visitors according to requirements; Assisting with administrative support tasks, such as filing documents, controlling access of people and office supplies; Managing spreadsheets. **Requirements:** Experience in public-facing customer service; Completed high school education. **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday), from 06:30 to 16:30 Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
