This professional will support productive operations, monitoring activities from raw material preparation through to product finishing and packaging, ensuring smooth process execution and team engagement. Responsibilities include: * Supporting the supervisor in managing the team and operational activities. * Directly guiding the shop-floor team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives. * Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing development actions. * Organizing and monitoring daily activities, ensuring achievement of targets and deadlines. * Tracking process times and movements to identify improvement opportunities. * Pursuing optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. * Engaging the team in established goals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Prioritizing and directing tasks according to operational needs.
