If you are a proactive, adaptable professional open to change and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, updating, and delivery of internal procedures and training for operational and administrative teams. * Develop clear and didactic PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials. * Assist in identifying training needs and contribute to team development plans. * Process, organize, and interpret data related to logistics operations. * Use intermediate-level Excel to build spreadsheets and reports for monitoring. * Conduct analyses to support decision-making, presenting objective and clear insights. * Understand and monitor logistics processes such as receiving, warehousing, and dispatch. * Map operational activities and support process improvement initiatives. * Contribute to the standardization of procedures and best practices in logistics. * Identify root causes of operational failures through structured analysis (e.g., 5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA). * Develop clear action plans with defined KPIs, deadlines, and responsible parties. * Present results objectively to diverse audiences. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Logical Functions); * PowerPoint for creating professional presentations; * Knowledge of logistics routines and performance indicators. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational/Development Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Mon to Fri** **Work Model: Hybrid \- 4 days onsite / 1 day remote** **Location: Cajamar** We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers, comprising major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
