The HR Analyst is responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, training and development initiatives, performance evaluations, and other human resources management activities. In addition, the analyst is responsible for analyzing and proposing improvements to internal HR processes to support talent development and retention within the organization. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening through interviews and candidate selection. * Design and deliver training programs for employees to develop competencies and skills. * Conduct employee performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement. * Participate in new employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation to the organizational culture. * Analyze HR metrics and propose actions to improve organizational climate and employee satisfaction. * Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and others. * Maintain up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance with labor legislation. * Participate in internal marketing projects to enhance internal communication and employee engagement. * Conduct organizational climate surveys and propose actions to improve the work environment. * Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
