**Architecture Internship Position \- Operations Team** **Location:** Downtown Rio de Janeiro **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day **Job Description:** We are seeking an Intern to join our Operations team, focusing on the development and monitoring of architectural and engineering projects. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conducting on-site data collection and measurements for new projects. * Visiting construction sites to address execution-related questions and monitor project schedules. * Preparing and tracking construction and project schedules. * Producing architectural drawings in AutoCAD, including interdisciplinary coordination when required. * Internal communication and alignment, as well as liaising with suppliers related to project progress. * Creating electronic 3D models in SketchUp when necessary. * Preparing documentation (spreadsheets and other documents) required for projects and internal processes. * Preparing budgets and participating in bidding processes. * Quantifying and specifying materials, coordinating with third parties and suppliers when necessary. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in an Architecture program. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (V-Ray is a plus), Word, and Excel. * Knowledge of architectural project development across all phases. * Ability to read installation drawings and familiarity with interdisciplinary coordination. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.250 * Transportation Allowance: up to R$ 20.00 per day * Meal Voucher: R$ 16.00 per day Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$1\.250,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Are you available to attend an interview in downtown Rio de Janeiro? * Are you currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward?
