We seek a **Budgeting Assistant** with an analytical mindset and commitment to professional development to join our successful team. Candidates must demonstrate **proficiency in AutoCAD**, showing practical skill with the software, as well as willingness for continuous learning. **Responsibilities:** * Supports the preparation and analysis of technical budgets; * Reads and coordinates project drawings; * Develops solutions for architectural concrete and interfaces with internal departments, clients, and engineering and architecture teams; * Provides technical support to the commercial department, participates in studies of new materials, and prepares management reports, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Knowledge of cost composition (considered a plus) * Prior experience in cement-based product manufacturing companies or surface treatment services (considered a plus) **Requirements:** * Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree (preferably from the 4th semester onward) * Advanced AutoCAD: proficiency in technical detailing * Microsoft Office: intermediate/advanced (Excel) * Ability to interpret drawings * Analytical profile with strong logical reasoning and attention to detail * Clear and assertive communication * Residency in **Itupeva/SP** or surrounding region Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.520,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
