Process Analyst

Description

**Job Description:** * Participate in critical analysis meetings for new product development. * Analyze machine and industrial equipment failures. Optimize part processing times. Conduct chronometric analysis studies (productivity, parts/hour, bottlenecks, etc.). Monitor and support FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) implementation. * Analyze machine efficiency results, propose technical improvements, and optimize methods and processes to enhance overall machine performance. Ensure quality assurance through implementation of required tests, at specified frequencies and standards. * Conduct technical training for machine setters. Guide employees on production process methods, controls, and technical specifications.
