**Position: Sales Supervisor** **Objective** Supervise and drive the performance of two sales teams: * **Electronic Products Team** * **Professional Electronic Equipment Repair Services Team** We seek a professional with leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of team management, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, implementing efficient CRM-based controls, and applying sales funnel methodologies to maximize conversion in a high-volume customer environment. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor the activities of product and service sales teams. * Set goals, track performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports. * Implement and optimize sales processes using CRM, ensuring traceability and efficiency. * Structure and manage the sales funnel, ensuring appropriate follow-up on high-volume leads. * Train, motivate, and develop sales representatives, promoting sound commercial practices. * Identify market opportunities and propose revenue growth strategies. * Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the liaison among teams, management, and key customers. **Requirements** * Proven experience supervising sales teams. * Solid knowledge of CRM and sales funnel management. * Ability to handle high-volume customers and structured processes. * Experience in the electronics and/or technical services sector is a plus. * Leadership profile, clear communication, and results orientation. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and propose improvements. * Organization and discipline in process management. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills. **Salary:** * R$ 3\.200,00 (negotiable) \+ Commission Plan **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * \* Meal voucher of R$ 25.00 per day; * \* Transportation allowance; * \* After probation period: Hapvida Health Plan (Clinipam). **Location**: CIC Region **Interested candidates may send resumes to: 41 9105\-5037 or email rh@telekomm.com.br** **Please specify the position you are applying for when submitting your resume.** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
