**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Schedule and allocate locomotive engineers according to the daily circulation plan;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation (CLT), working hour limits and rest intervals, as well as specific union agreements applicable to this category;
* Collaborate with traffic controllers and scheduling analysts to anticipate demand and prevent unavailability;
* Contact and communicate with locomotive engineers clearly and respectfully, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule;
* Address and record operational deviations related to scheduling (absences, delays, refusals, crew swaps, etc.);
* Monitor locomotive engineers’ real-time availability, flagging risks to leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:**
* Flexible availability regarding working hours;
* Completed high school education.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Prior experience with customer service and dispatch systems.
**Advantages:**
