Job Summary: The professional will sort and deliver materials and medications, organize inventory, assist in inventory management, and participate in inventories, with a focus on continuous improvement and humanized care. Sort and deliver materials and medications to inpatients in respective departments, performing double-checking; 2. Conduct daily verification of materials and medications; 3. Assemble surgical kits, when required; 4. Ensure inventory organization (bins cleaning) and dispensing; 5. Complete documentation required for pharmacy operations, such as temperature logs, inventory accuracy sheets, bins cleaning logs, and double-checking records; 5. Assist the pharmacy team leader and coordination in inventory management activities; 6. Prepare oral liquid medication lists, fractionate, and label; 7. Participate in monthly rotating inventories and the annual general inventory. 8. Perform tasks focusing on continuous improvement of institutional processes, covering vacation, day-off, or emergency staffing schedules when necessary or requested by the immediate supervisor. 9. Use resources (equipment, PPE, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or anomalies to the supervisor and safeguarding the institution’s assets. 10. Fully comply with the Integrity Code and the Institution’s Service Excellence Standard. 11.
