Monitor clinical conditions and report complications S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as **NURSING TECHNICIAN**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, in accordance with institutional protocols; * Perform and record vital signs; * Administer medications according to medical and nursing prescriptions; * Perform dressings and provide care for catheters, drains, and tubes as directed by the registered nurse; * Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; * Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; * Provide hygiene, comfort, and mobilization care to patients; * Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge; * Maintain clear and complete nursing records in the patient chart; * Monitor patients' clinical conditions and report complications to the responsible nurse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Nursing course recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). * Knowledge of adult and pediatric patient nursing care. * Basic understanding of biosafety, healthcare-associated infection control, and patient safety. * Basic knowledge of physical or electronic patient chart documentation. * Availability to work across different hospital clinical units. * Prior hospital experience is an advantage. **Additional Information** * Salary: BRL 2148.34 \+ BRL 324.20 (hazard pay) Workload: 180 hours per month * S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society with humanization in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society with humanization in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanization. **Vision:** To be a national reference institution delivering services with humanization in health, education, and social assistance.
