The Data Intelligence team at Zenvia is growing! We are looking for a **Senior Analytics Engineer** to join the **Data Products** vertical. The core mission of this team is to operate strategically, focused on maximizing the value of our **Gold layer**. If you're passionate about transforming data into high-value products and want to help build the foundation that will power the next generation of artificial intelligence, this is your place! **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Your challenges to make a difference in this team:** * Data modeling: develop and evolve efficient data models for the Gold layer, ensuring optimal performance and usability. * Vectorized databases for RAG: lead the structuring of vectorized databases to support Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI initiatives. * Data curation: actively support data curation, ensuring data reliability, quality, and governance. * Development using our stack: build pipelines, transformations, and views using our primary stack: Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Metabase. Here, people are unique—we respect and value differences. **Requirements and Qualifications** **The Humanz profile we seek:** * Solid experience working as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar senior-level role. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL** and multidimensional/tabular data modeling (with focus on optimizing analytical/Gold layers). * Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) or similar tools for data transformation and documentation. * Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation. * Proven experience using **Snowflake** or similar platforms as a data warehouse. * Business acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable data structures (Data Products). **Nice-to-have (but not mandatory):** * **Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex (this is our key differentiator for this role!).** * Experience creating and optimizing vectorized databases for Artificial Intelligence solutions (RAG). * Practical experience with **Metabase** for data exploration and dashboard creation. * Background or strong familiarity with Data Analytics concepts to support the fusion of disciplines within the vertical. **Additional Information** We are a technology company developing a comprehensive AI solution—the Zenvia Customer Cloud—with the purpose of revolutionizing customer experience across every stage of the journey, from acquisition through post\-sales.
