Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accompany hospitalized patients requiring priority care or under other conditions. * Ensure seamless care delivery and support discharge planning. * Monitor risks, outcomes, and continuity of post\-discharge care. * Participate in clinical discussions and rounds. * Support management with information and data. * Review and verify medical documentation, laboratory test results, and prescriptions. * Conduct patient triage and follow-up, including scheduling, rescheduling, and protocol adjustments. * Interface with attending physicians, pharmacy, nutrition, and support departments to ensure treatment safety. * Work at the infusion center/pole, validating prescriptions and receiving patients. * Manage pending items, authorizations, audits, and electronic health record entries, ensuring compliance and traceability. * Accompany private-pay patients, including budget requests and basic departmental control. * Provide technical support to administrative staff, manage conflicts, and optimize treatment release workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with active registration at COREN; * Prior experience as a clinical or specialist nurse. * Experience in treatment analysis and authorization. * Knowledge of medical prescription verification, laboratory test interpretation, and medical documentation. * Familiarity with therapeutic protocols, patient safety standards, and best clinical practices; * Proficiency in electronic health record systems and administrative routines related to clinical care. **Additional Information** * Location: Brasília/DF * Fully On-site Work * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 We are Rede Américas, **the multiplatform healthcare network**, committed to delivering comprehensive, precisely tailored care for health.
