Job Summary: The Machine and Equipment Operator is responsible for feeding the production line, operating machines, and performing basic maintenance to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Feed the production line and operate machines and equipment attentively and in compliance with operational and safety technical standards to ensure proper functioning and guarantee products meet the Company's Quality standards; * Prepare materials for feeding the production line; * Supply the production line; * Identify defective materials; * Verify work orders; * Conduct operational tests; * Initiate production by performing setup and operating machines and equipment according to the production stage; * Collect samples and send them to the laboratory; * Record production-related data; * Assist in performing routine basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment (CIP), in accordance with operational technical standards; * Request material replenishment; * Keep the area clean and organized; * Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Environmental procedures, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety standards, by complying with its guidelines and applicable legal and operational norms and procedures; * Perform other related or inherent duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of elementary education preferred.
