CLT employment model \| On-site We are seeking an organized, agile professional with experience in census-related movements within insurance company systems. This position is essential to support operational routines related to enrollments, cancellations, data modifications, general movements, and customer service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes. Practical experience with the following insurance company systems is mandatory: * PORTO – POR COL * SUL AMERICA – MECSAS * BRADESCO – MOVE and SSBE * AMIL – SISAMIL * HAPVIDA – PORTAL EMPRESAS Key responsibilities: * Perform census-related movements; * Enrollments, cancellations, and data modifications; * Customer service related to movements; * Verification and tracking of requests; * Operational support for administrative tasks within the department. ✅ Requirements: * Prior experience with movements in brokerage firms, administrators, or insurance companies; * Proficiency in the systems listed above; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Operational agility; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
