We have a very special way of working and do much more than just developing and commercializing systems; our daily routine is driven by a knowledge management culture, people development, and a work environment that cultivates relationships based on respect, diversity, and the essence of our values: * We are protagonists * We take pride in belonging * We work collaboratively and passionately * We value the past, live in the present, and build the future * We act responsibly * We celebrate human relationships **Check out some of the role’s challenges:** * Management of project and activity portfolios related to Shift product consulting, advisory, implementation, and migration, including support in controlling planning, execution, and project closure phases to ensure service delivery to clients; * Control of project deliverables and generation of statistics to improve visibility into project controls; * Administrative support in tracking project hours and documentation throughout implementation, migration, consulting, and advisory processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Project Leadership in standardizing and formalizing project management practices, processes, and operations; * Support implementation and advisory teams in disseminating the methodology across the organization and developing competencies; * Generate statistics to meet performance indicators; * Monitor and control project deliverable deadlines with proper acceptance; * Ensure standardization of methodology documents; * Portfolio management of projects; * Implementation, monitoring, and control of project management processes and standards; * Consolidation of project information; * Project audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Scrum, or Kanban; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities; * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate across different departments; * Willingness to work onsite in São José do Rio Preto/SP. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in projects or delivery areas, preferably within technology or software companies; * Familiarity with project management tools; * Certifications and/or postgraduate degrees; * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency. **Additional Information** THIS POSITION REQUIRES ON-SITE WORK IN SÃO JOSÉ DO RIO PRETO/SP Some important *soft skills*: Communication, Organization, Results Orientation, Customer Focus, Business Systems Thinking, and Teamwork!
